Export or import a complete snapshot of all user data. Import uses safe upsert logic — existing users are updated (higher score kept), new users are created. No data is ever deleted.
Backups are automatically created every 5 minutes. Only the 3 most recent backups are retained. Restoring a backup will replace the current database and restart the server.
